SALTERNS WAY CYCLE AND FOOT PATH

Just minutes away by bike from Northlands Farm is the famous 17km Salterns way cycle path which starts at Apuldram and ends at the sandy seaside beach at West Wittering. This path is an excellent way to explore Chichester Harbour taking in the amazing sights of Chichester Marina, the famous D-Day Spitfire airfield RAF Apuldram, Birdham Marina, the historic waterside village of Itchenor, the golden sands of West Wittering, some beautiful countryside views and views along the full length of Chichester Harbour itself.

Directions: Exit Northlands Farm (Salthill Rd exit) and turn right down Salthill Rd. Continue down Salthill Rd until you arrive at a T-Junction. Turn left towards Chichester, proceed several hundred yards until you see Apuldram Lane on the right. Proceed down Apuldram lane for several hundred yards until you see the little Blue Salterns Way sign with a Cycle symbol directing you into a field to the left. Your journey along Salterns Way has begun - Enjoy.
